Bastian Schweinsteiger was born on 1 August 1984. He is a German footballer who plays as a midfielder for Bundesliga club Bayern Munich and the German national team. He is a right-footed player, capable of playing out wide or in a more central role. Schweinsteiger has won many awards in his club and international careers, including six Bundesliga titles, five German Cups, a UEFA Champions League title, and two League Cups. As of January 2011, he is the Bayern Munich vice-captain to long-time teammate Philipp Lahm.

Mario Gómez García, born 10 July 1985, is a German footballer who plays as a striker for Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga and the German national team. Gómez joined Bayern after six years in Stuttgart. The fee was a record for a player transferred in the Bundesliga, estimated to be €30–35 million, surpassing previous holder Márcio Amoroso. The fee currently the second, after Bayern team-mate Javi Martínez.When Stuttgart became champions in 2006–07, Gómez contributed 14 goals and 7 assists at the age of 21 and was selected German footballer of the year.
Manuel Neuer (born 27 March 1986) is a German footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Bayern Munich and the German national football team. He is known for his reflexes, excellent shot stopping abilities and distribution of the ball. In the 2012–13 UEFA Champions League knockout phase, Neuer posted four clean sheets in a row versus both Juventus F.C. and FC Barcelona. In the 2013 UEFA Champions League Final, Neuer posted eight saves en route to Bayern's fifth UEFA Champions League title. The game featured great play from both keepers, and Neuer would end up winning the duel against Roman Weidenfeller having only conceded once to İlkay Gündoğan on a penalty shot.
